Nikita Ksenofontov was born in 1995 in Kazan. In 2017, he graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet (Bachelor's degree in Choreography Art).

Since 2015, he has been in the Company of the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre; since 2022 – the principal dancer.

The soloist's repertoire includes more than 20 leading and solo parts: Swan Lake and The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky, Le Corsaire by Adam, Cipollino by K. Khachaturian, Spartacus by A. Khachaturian, Don Quixote by Minkus, Romeo and Juliet by Prokofiev, Peer Gynt with the music by Grieg, Cinderella by Prokofiev, Coppelia by Delibes, La Bayadere by Minkus, Rubies with the music by Stravinsky, Emeralds with the music by Faure (Balanchine), and others.

Laureate and diploma winner of All-Russian competitions, laureate and diploma winner of international competitions (Moscow - 2014, 2016, 2017, Perm - 2018).

As a guest artist, he performed on the world's leading stages: Mikhailovsky Theatre (Alain – La Fille mal gardée, 2023; Magedavea – La Bayadere, Ivan – The Little Humpbacked Horse, 2022; Gala Concert of Opera and Ballet Stars for the 350th anniversary of Peter the Great, (2022); Rostov State Musical Theatre, Gala Concert of the III O. Spesivtseva International Ballet Festival (2021); JIExpo Theatre, World Ballet Stars Gala Concert (Jakarta, Indonesia, 2023).

In June 2023, he became a diploma winner of “Benoit de la Danse” 2023 (International Ballet Prize and World Ballet Festival).

Participant of the fifth season of the “Bolshoi Ballet” project on the “Rossiya-Kultura” TV channel. He was awarded two special prizes: “For Acting Talent” and a special prize of the Russian News Agency TASS – “Soulful Flight” (Moscow, 2024).
